We are confident you will love our wines and we stand behind every sale. When you place an order with us, we are asking you to trust that we will be supplying you with a great product at a fair price. In return, we will trust your judgment on any wine we sell. We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that you just find unsatisfactory. There is no need to return any wine you are unhappy with - keep it and accept our appologies. We do ask though that if you receive wine that is damaged, please send us a picture of that damage.
